We recommend fabric markers or fabric paint pens for the best, longest-lasting results. Brands like Tulip, Crayola Fabric Markers, or Arteza work great. Avoid regular felt-tip markers or ballpoint pens — they may bleed or fade after washing. Once you're done coloring, let it dry for 24 hours before washing for the colors to set perfectly.
Can the blanket be washed after coloring?

Yes! Once your colors have dried for at least 24 hours, the WarmDoodles blanket is machine washable. Turn it inside out, wash on a gentle cold cycle, and tumble dry on low. We recommend washing separately the first time. Colors may soften slightly over time, but the blanket will stay soft, cozy, and beautiful wash after wash.
How long does shipping take and do you ship free?

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders! Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Need it sooner? Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for a small fee. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow every step of the journey.

For uncolored blankets, we accept returns in original condition. Please note that personalized or colored blankets cannot be returned, but we'll always work with you to find a solution.
