Avoid regular felt-tip markers or ballpoint pens — they may bleed or fade after washing. Once you're done coloring, let it dry for 24 hours before washing for the colors to set perfectly.

Yes! Once your colors have dried for at least 24 hours, the WarmDoodles blanket is machine washable. Turn it inside out, wash on a gentle cold cycle, and tumble dry on low. We recommend washing separately the first time. Colors may soften slightly over time, but the blanket will stay soft, cozy, and beautiful wash after wash.

I was so excited when this arrived — it looked beautiful. Then I made the mistake of washing it before coloring (I wanted it fresh) and the pattern lines faded dramatically. The doodle outlines that were supposed to guide the coloring are now very hard to see. I followed the cold/gentle instructions on the care tag too. I'm honestly not sure if this was a bad batch or if the product just doesn't hold up to washing before use, but either way I was left with a blanket I can barely color on. Disappointing given the price.

Ordered the Midnight Garden design, received Wild Bloom. I know it sounds like a small mix-up but I specifically chose Midnight Garden as a gift for someone whose aesthetic is dark and moody — Wild Bloom is completely different. I reached out to swap it and the process has been slower than I'd like. To be fair, the Wild Bloom blanket itself seems like decent quality and I'm sure whoever likes that style would enjoy it. Just frustrating when you pick a specific design and get something else. Hope the fulfillment process gets tightened up.

Really disappointed. When I opened the package the pattern printing on one side had a large smeared section — like the print shifted during production. I contacted customer service and they eventually responded after a few days, but as of writing this review I'm still waiting on a replacement. The parts of the blanket that printed correctly look fine and I can see why people like this product. But paying $50 for something that arrived defective and then waiting this long for resolution isn't the experience I expected. Hoping this gets sorted soon.

Ordered this expecting a thick, plush throw blanket. What I got was more of a medium-weight fleece. It's not thin by any means but for $50 I expected something with more weight and warmth to it. The coloring aspect is genuinely fun and I enjoyed the patterns. But as a blanket I use daily, it doesn't feel premium enough for the price. If you're buying purely for the coloring activity it might be worth it, but if you want a blanket you'll actually snuggle under regularly, temper your expectations a bit on the thickness.

I'll give credit where it's due — the fabric is soft and the blanket is functional. But the pattern on mine looked noticeably lighter and less crisp than what was in the product photos online. The lines were faint in some areas which made it harder to color precisely. I've seen other reviews mention this too. It's not a terrible product and I still used it, but I felt like what I received didn't quite match what was advertised. May try a different design next time and hope for better print quality.
